PE Teaching Assistant

Carmel School is a leading international IB Continuum World School accredited to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).  Carmel School is also accredited by WASC.

We are looking for a PE Teaching Assistant to join our High School Section in early August 2025.

PE Teaching Assistant

Job Duties

Assisting the PE faculty by supporting and learning and by organising appropriate resources, including:

• Organising equipment for lessons

• Helping lead activities

• Assisting in organization of the school events/activities, e.g. sports day, swimming gala, after school / co-curricular activities, inter-schools sport events, educational visit, etc

• Other duties as may reasonably be given out by the PE Teacher / Coordinator.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in PE related qualification

• Fresh graduates of PGCE / Bachelor of Education in PE related qualification are welcome

• First Aid qualification is preferred

• Fluent written and spoken English, with good communication and interpersonal skills

• At least 1 year relevant experience
