Company Overview:
Anytime Fitness is a leading global fitness franchise, dedicated to providing members with flexible and convenient fitness experiences. We are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to identify potential investors and drive our business growth, particularly in expanding our market presence in Hong Kong.

 

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating Prospects: Identify and contact potential owners interested in investing in Anytime Fitness.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends in Hong Kong to understand the needs and preferences of potential investors

  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the Anytime Fitness brand to enhance market visibility.

  • Expanding Market Reach: Develop strategies to broaden our market reach in Hong Kong and attract more potential investors

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster collaboration opportunities

  • Business Promotion: Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the Anytime Fitness business model and its advantages

  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly prepare business development reports, analyzing feedback from potential clients and market conditions

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fitness or service industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and market research methods
