Job Description

職責:

  • 為行政和服務部門提供行政和秘書支持

  • 收集、記錄、分類、分發和郵寄所有進出郵件

  • 訂購、分發和記錄文具、餐飲和清潔用品的使用情況

  • 更新行政部門及其他部門的檔案記錄

  • 協助處理和更新員工招聘流程,如廣告、面試預約、參考檢查和體檢

  • 協助處理和更新員工就業和出勤記錄,如休假餘額、培訓記錄和專業證書

職責:

  • 副學士學位或同等學歷

  • 至少2年相關工作經驗

  • 強大的組織和溝通能力

  • 良好的人際交往能力

  • 流利並熟練使用英語、中文和普通話進行口頭和書面交流

  • 熟練使用MS Office應用程序和中文輸入

  • 可立即上崗者優先

工作地點:
