General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily general management routines, coordinate tasks among different departments and related company in PRC;
• Building effective communication network with clients, cooperating partners, manufacturers, financial institutions and relevant fiscal entities within the operating
• markets;
• Analyzing overall market trends, predicting future prospects, both opportunities and threats, structuring strategic business direction for company;
• Restructure business profiles, enhancing core competitiveness of company;
• Evaluate and develop an effective work team on e commerce incorporating newest tools in short media, self media and direct broadcasting.

Requirements:

• University degree in business or related discipline;
• Over 10 years senior management experience in beauty industry;
• With solid experience in e commerce in China and international markets is definite advantageous;
• Fluency speaking in Putonghua and written Chinese.
