Senior Logistics Officer

About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse, to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment

• Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to minimise disruptions and maintain high customer service levels

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional projects

• Oversee cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and transaction controls using WMS systems

• Perform any other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Distribution, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cold storage, F&B, or dry goods logistics

• Strong in WMS, inventory control, data analysis, and process optimization

• Strong Leadership, interpersonal, communication, organizing, and customer service skills, with a to-do attitude

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English, and Mandarin
