Technical Support Engineer (YL-251202-01)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support services, escalating complex issues to vendors as needed, in accordance with SLAs.

• Handle troubleshooting and technical assistance across network infrastructure, servers, desktops, hardware, software, and application systems.

• Support users in utilizing applications and systems effectively, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

• Record detailed troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ticketing system for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• Monitor the progress of service requests and incidents, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ experience in technical support; preferably experience in MS desktop, or Office 365 or Azure platforms

• Understanding of networking e.g. TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls

• Holder of MCSA / Azure Administrator Associate certificates would be an advantage

• Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
