Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field activities, including installing, repairing, modifying, and maintaining PC/POS systems. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with clients, diagnose machinery problems, and provide effective solutions. The Field Engineer will also maintain machine logs, parts, and consumable records to ensure seamless operations.

Job Description:

• Provide on-site IT support to end users, addressing a variety of issues related to both software and hardware.
• Perform PC installations, ensuring systems are set up and configured according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for users.

Shift Pattern:

• Work in shifts is required, but no overnight shifts.
• The shift pattern is Monday to Sunday, with a 5-day work week.
• Shifts are 9 hours per day, between 08:00 and 23:00.

Requirements:

• HKDSE / F.5 or above
• Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role would be preferred
• Outstanding communication skills
• Interest in POS operation, maintenance & support services
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
