Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Data Analyst, you will play a dual role within our organization. You will analyze data to provide actionable insights for business decisions, while also managing office IT support and contributing to the development of simple AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:-

Data Analysis

• Market and Sales Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Provide insights on pricing, product strategies, and inventory management to support business objectives.

• Customer Insights & Behavior:

  • Analyze customer data to uncover purchasing patterns, preferences, and behaviors.

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to enhance marketing campaigns and personalize customer experiences.

• Reporting & Visualization:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

Office IT Support

• Provide IT assistance to office staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Manage the setup and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, and networking devices).

• Ensure the security and maintenance of IT systems, including backups and software updates.

• Coordinate with external service providers for advanced IT support when required.

AI Program Development

• Develop and implement simple AI tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency (e.g., sales forecasting, customer segmentation, or inventory optimization).

• Collaborate with teams to identify processes that can benefit from AI-driven solutions.

• Maintain and update AI tools to align with evolving business needs.

 REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, with exposure to IT support or AI development, and experience in fashion retail is highly preferable

• Energetic, with a high sense of initiative, drive and self-motivation – ability to work independently, deal with multiple tasks and tight timelines, and prioritise

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Excellent communication skills to present data insights and provide IT support effectively
