Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to BIM Manager and work with the site project team
- Implement BIM standards and workflow according to BIM Execution Plan
- Monitor overall BIM model work progress of projects
- Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
- Liaise with consultant teams for problem-solving
- Prepare BIM models under the instruction of engineers
- Manage the project schedule and quality for BIM projects
- Present BIM deliverables to clients
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Civil, Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in using BIM software
- Familiar with using Revit, Civil3D/ Microstation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for drawings and model coordination
- Experience in Recap, Fuzor, programming, or other related BIM software will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
