Exhibition Designer, Visual Merchandising（活動及展覽/室內設計師）

As a 3D Designer under the Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for designing pop-ups or events on given themes from our clients. Through creative researches, sketches, moodboards, you will develop 3D drawings to carry out our client’s visual merchandising and commercial objectives. You will play an important role in the creative part of our execution and advise on our execution of the design you put together.

• 負責根據客戶的品牌指引及要求繪製3D效果圖
• 核對3D效果圖與傢俬施工圖之準確性
• 進行資料搜集，建立各大品牌活動案例的資料庫

要求：

• 活動及展覽設計 或 室內設計相關學歷
• 2年以上活動及展覽設計 或 室內設計相關工作經驗
• 熟悉2D及3D繪圖軟件操作，例如Studio Max, Solidworks, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator等
• 對傢俬、裝修物料及項目管理流程有認知
• 有店舖或商業項目經驗優先
• 具備團隊精神 - 與我們的客戶服務團隊、繪圖團隊、項目管理團隊等緊密合作
   

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver 3D drawings to delight clients with spaces of surprise and emotion.
• Generate and prepare Conceptual Proposals with design plans and ideas from Visual Merchandising Toolkits.
• Conduct creative research to maintain a library of visual merchandising and activation case studies.
• Follow-through on production to ensure the construction is aligned to creative intent.
• Verify all Technical Drawings for discrepancies on creative intent.
• End-to-end support towards Technical Design team on creative intent.
• Develops a sense of ownership of projects and passion for assignments.
• Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the Team to deliver quality work better and more professional.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ Year Design Experience in Luxury Brands, Exhibition, Events or Interior Design.
• Proficient in 3D & 2D Software (i.e. Sketchup, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator…etc)
• Ability to Manage End-to-end Creative Development
• Relevant Experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Design for Luxury Brands is a plus
• Detail-Oriented, Organized and Dedicated, Proactive and Enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
