Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for all sales-related tasks, including sales quotations, orders, invoices, delivery notes, and sales preparation.
  • Coordinate shipping, local logistics, and delivery orders to ensure updated delivery status aligns with project schedule requirements.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and payment status, both internally and externally.
  • Assist with direct communication with clients via telephone and email inquiries.
  • Support marketing activities as needed (e.g., social media and events).
  • Maintain the material library, track rental records, and manage sample orders and delivery arrangements.
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales admin support experience in the high-end furniture, interior fitting out, or interior design industry is preferred.
  • Presentable with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and a strong team player with a growth mindset.
  • Native Cantonese speaker with basic proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive intensive on-the-job training for career development in the luxury lifestyle industry.
