Since it's launce In 1972, the brand has been known for its innovation in technical processes on fabrics and new silhouettes including stone washed denim, engineered jeans and baggy jeans.The brand focuses on denim and has been presenting rather experimental collections for the past 40 years.We proudly introduce to you the re-interpreted version of Marithé François Girbaud by presenting modernized versions of jeans inspired by the trends in denim during the 1990’s in Korea plus other items that are casual and easy to wear.

Job Descriptions

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve store sales targets and KPI
• Analyze store sales data and KPI, formulate and implement action plans to improve performance
• Build and lead an effective team to provide excellent customer service experience
• Handle customer opinions and complaints to improve customer satisfaction with services
• Manage the daily operation of the store, various product planning and marketing activities, maintain good communication with relevant departments and provide constructive suggestions to strengthen the operation of the store
• Provide effective job training and coaching to store staff, motivate the team and provide performance feedback

Job Requirments

• 8 years or more of apparel retail experience, 3 years of supervisory level or above experience
• Actively lead and promote the achievement of KPI and good customer service
• Good leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and effectively lead a team
• Good responsible and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, positive thinking and able to withstand pressure
