• HKDSE or above

• LCC&I Certificate Level 2 or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years working experience

• Handle patient billing and enquiries

• Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

• Fluency in spoken English and Putonghua would be an advantage
