Sales Executive (Fresh graduate welcome)

Sales Executive is a member of the jewellery sales team under VDA Group. The candidate is required to manage all assigned accounts given by the Sales Director with his or her team, and to enhance the relationship with the clients as priority. The candidate is responsible to perform with the given task and goal with the sales team including communicating with product development team, analyzing data, and all daily sales operation work for assigned clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients to handle sales and purchase order and product development
• Monitor manufacturing progress and shipment
• Take care of customers’ account receivables 
• Constant market research, understanding of the client’s market and opportunities
• Explore new clients and business in given region
• Liaise with China team for order co-ordination and travel to PanYu when necessary
• Require to travel overseas in meeting clients

Qualifications :

• Diploma or above with 2-3 years of experience in sales work, preferably gained from jewelry industry
• Experience in B2B business nature
• Consistent attention to detail, aggressive, responsible and high level of personal integrity and ethics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Great endurance and determination
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
