We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.


Work you'll do

  • Work as a team leader to provide high-quality execution and delivery of projects for clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on public sector organisations, including but not limited to non-governmental organisations, universities, primary/secondary schools.
  • Identify and source community resources (e.g. training programs, mentorship opportunities, scholarships, volunteer activities, education resources, etc.) from various resources providers (e.g. non-governmental organisations, government agencies, corporations) that align with emerging needs and interests of beneficiaries of community programs, who are aged between 4 to 21.
  • Nurture strong relations with community resources providers by forming partnerships or collaborative relationships with them.
  • Organize these partnerships and collaborative relationships into a resource database, maintain resources database using information systems provided by client
  • Identify and provide fit-for-purpose recommendations for ongoing improvement over existing operating procedures, as well as enhancement in data structure and workflows of information systems.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Deloitte's engagement teams, subcontractors, non-governmental organisations, marketing agencies, designers, etc. to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
  • Monitor utilisation of community resources and evaluate performance of community resources providers.
  • Produce draft consultancy reports, presentation materials, data-driven analytic report, and other deliverables for project delivery.
  • Provide technical supervision, develop and mentor a team of staff and assess their performance for engagements and regular reviews
  • Provide administrative support on engagements such as budgeting, resource planning, billing, engagement letters, reviews, etc.
  • Conduct project related briefing and training to service team staff and external stakeholders.
  • Contact, maintain liaison with and handle enquiries from resources providers.
  • Collaborate with other member firms and service lines within Deloitte.

We are looking for someone with

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines, e.g. business, marketing, communications, social sciences, or any other disciplines.
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications. Prior experience in a public sector organisation (e.g. non-governmental organisations) is an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
  • Passionate in serving community development.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership quality, organisation, management and business development skills.
  • Be organised, proactive, self-motivating and detail-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility and high working efficiency.
  • Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of developing and maintaining relational databases is a plus.
  • Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.
  • No outbound travelling is required. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
