Head of Production (Garment Accessories)

An expending & creative French Garment Accessories Company is looking for Production Manager who can plans, organizes and optimizes production activities and resources.  Main duties are:

• Sets production schedules based on forecasts, resources, and capacity.
• Coordinates with various departments (sales, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensures adherence to production schedules and client requirements.
• Maintains quality standards throughout the production process (including supplier and material checks).
• Implements solutions to improve production performance and quality.
• Plans and schedules tests for new products or processes.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality parameters relating to products/customers (CRS, Oekotex, etc)
• Oversee and manage performance of production, quality control and warehouse teams.
• Creates reports to communicate production information.

Requirements:

• Knowledge with trims and packaging
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, organize, plan and control.
• Strategic and result-oriented problem solvers
• Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge on safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Good team leader and team player
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
