Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive retail KPIs to enhance store productivity and profitability
  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales performance and service excellence
  • Recruit, develop and retain sales associates to ensure adequate staffing
  • Train and coach the team to exceed performance and enhance their capabilities
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain effective communication to ensure smooth operations across departments
  • Analyze business trends through various reports to identify opportunities
  • Plan and execute action plans to maximize business opportunities
  • Cultivate a loyal customer base through CRM and personalized service experiences
  • Oversee daily operations, inventory control, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in fashion retail
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented mind
  • Strong sense of luxury service with excellent clienteling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
  • Energetic, passionate and flexible in working in a fast paced environment
  • Dynamic team player with outstanding people management skills
  • Service oriented and always put customer as top priority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for Store Manager
