Position Overview:*
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for coordinating household tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Additionally, you will serve as the receptionist, we and handling front desk responsibilities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist the CEO with daily household management, including organizing schedules, appointments, and personal errands.
- Coordinate and oversee household staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage laundry, wardrobe care, and inventory of household supplies.
- Provide information about the household and local amenities to guests.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, in hospitality, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office software and basic technology.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
