Job Description

 
  • Identify and qualify potential customers

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

  • Understand the features and benefits of company products, and effectively communicate them to prospective customers

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and closing deals

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

  • Provide feedback to the product and course development teams based on customer needs and market trends

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system

  • Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay updated on the latest algorithmic trading trends and best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or educational technology industry

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner

  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships

  • Willing to perform on shift duty

  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools will be an advantage

  • Understanding of algorithmic trading and financial markets is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • IANG / TTPS / QMAS are also welcome
