- Holder of Fundamental Venipuncture Techniques for Phlebotomists Certificate
- A minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Shift duty is required
