Sales & Marketing Manager (TOYS)

About the role

Cymax International Limited is a baby toy trading company, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager (TOYS) to join our dynamic team in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. This full-time role is responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to expand our toy product portfolio and strengthen our customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to promote our toy products to new and existing customers
2. Manage and oversee the toy product portfolio, identifying new market trends and opportunities for growth
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and partners to drive sales
4. Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and industry developments to inform sales and marketing strategies
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
6. Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making
7. Oversee the work of the sales and marketing team, providing coaching, mentoring and support as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the toy industry
2. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
3. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
5. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and marketing targets
6. Thorough understanding of the toy industry, including market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
