Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing strategy, covering search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media advertising, and data analytics. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for international education, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement website SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, optimizing content for AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword bidding strategies, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
- Design and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies, including audience targeting, ad creative management, and Meta Pixel tracking
- Develop and execute Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) marketing strategies, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to reach Chinese-speaking audiences
- Monitor marketing KPIs, conduct attribution analysis, prepare monthly reports, and create data visualizations
- Optimize website user experience, manage content calendars, and ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices
- Continuously track search algorithm updates and emerging marketing tools to maintain industry leadership
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, crawler accessibility, and GEO concepts
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform, PPC bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel implementation, and audience analysis
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu platform, content trends, creator ecosystem, and Chinese social media marketing best practices
- Ability to use Google Analytics, define and monitor KPIs, and execute A/B testing
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, WordPress or CMS experience, Google Tag Manager configuration
