Key Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and develop business opportunities and client networks globally
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management
• Develop new markets through strategic initiatives
• Review and analyze market trends and scalability to help determine proper wholesale business strategies in each region

Account Management:

• Foster strong relationships with clients (both online and offline)
• Collaborate with Customer Service Department to maintain client satisfaction

• Oversee order fulfillment processes for seamless operations
   

Website Operations:

• Review and approval for online clients’ applications
• Analyze product performance and enhance active listings on platform

• Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and implement effective sales and pricing strategies 
   

Marketing Channel:

• Manage Search Engine Marketing tools and related marketing budget
• Coordinate EDM promotions targeting specific client groups

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in various projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive consumer experience
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years managing B2B/Wholesale accounts, meeting sales targets; less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Wholesale Manager roles
• Diploma or higher in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related fields
• Experience with eCommerce backend systems is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Capable of working independently and under pressure, while fostering teamwork to achieve company objectives
