【Urgent】Accounting Assistant

Job Descriptions:

1. Be responsible for daily accounts receivable work, including maintaining accounts receivable ledgers, verifying payment amounts, and updating transaction records.
2. Follow up on the collection of overdue accounts receivable, develop collection plans, and promote the recovery of outstanding payments.
3. Process payment procedures promptly and accurately via e-banking, cheques, and cash, ensuring compliance with fund payment regulations.
4. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments, follow up on accounts payable-related matters (such as invoice verification, payment confirmation, etc.).
5. Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts and intercompany accounts, and promptly resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
6. Assist in the month-end closing process and prepare monthly financial statements/schedules.
7. Handle other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required by work needs.

Requirement:
 

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in accounting field
• Proficiency in MS office including Word & Excel
• Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Immediately available will be a definite advantage
