Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales / Post-sales activities
- Implement business application projects according to customer’s requirements
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Provide documentation for project development
- Perform analysis on problems reported by users and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
- Work with high demand customers and product team for enhancement discussions/solution planning
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science and Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good project implementation and consulting experience
- Familiar with programming language
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Work well under pressure
- Independent and self-driven
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Putonghua & English
- Traveling may be required
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
