Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms
- Ensure customer feedback are effectively and efficiently resolved with courtesy
- Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in accordance with Key Performance Index.
- Attractive basic salary with performance bonus
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Excellent customer service attitude, Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Hard-working, punctual
- Well-organized, Independent and Self-initiated
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services, e-commerce experience will be added advantage
- Native in Cantonese, Good Command of English and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner
- Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
