Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Visual Merchandising Specialist to lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across our retail network in Hong Kong and Macau.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sense, brand awareness, and a passion for enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans aligned with brand guideline and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and design teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Manage store layouts, window displays, and in-store visual elements to elevate the customer experience.
• Source and manage local vendors for the production and execution of visual merchandising tools.
• Provide regular weekly reports on the visual merchandising status of each store.
• Conduct regular store visits in Hong Kong and Macau to audit visual standards and provide training to store teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or collectible retail.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and visual planning software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
