WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

Job Responsibilities

· Identify potential suppliers, keep abreast of industry and market trends and source new products.

· Develop strong relationships with vendors & key suppliers;

· Frequent travel should be expected, on an as needed basis.

· Expected to be hands-on in sourcing and manage suppliers, responsible for the development and management of the order planning & processing

· Meeting aggressive manufacturing sustainability goals

Qualifications/Experience/Quality

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing gift & premium items.

· Strong business acumen & influence skills. Excellent negotiation skills.

· Strong knowledge in sourcing in region across China and Asia, with a strong supplier network

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office application

· Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills.

· Can work well individually and as a team.

Education:

· Degree holder, advanced degree holder/certificate preferred
