Sales Development Officer (Export)

Chewy International Foods Ltd, one of the leading and prestigious food suppliers in Hong Kong, with over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, marketing, and sales of food products. We are now inviting candidates to apply the following position :

Job duties :

• Assist in identifying and contacting overseas clients to introduce company products and understand their needs.
• Communicate with overseas clients, handling basic inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
• Liaise with factory R&D or logistics teams to convey client product requirements.
• Collect basic information on overseas markets and competitors.
• Support follow-up with clients and partners, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Assist in understanding clients’ needs and organizing market information to support B2B export business growth.
• Help prepare brand- and industry-specific materials to support new business opportunities.
• Assist with branding activities, event setup, and on-site promotions, such as food expo booths.

Job Requirements :

• Degree holder in Business or a related field, such as Business Administration or International Business;

• 2 years or aboveexperience in food industry or export trade experience preferred;

• Able to travel to China factory and overseas when required;
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets;
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach;
