Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
- Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
- Assist in adaptation of new programme / systems in daily site matters
- Provide occasional support for office administration matters
- Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 1-2 year administrative/clerical working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written English & Chinese
- Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
