We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences:
Temporary Executive Assistant / Assistant Officer (N&HS) (Ref: 250010T)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Assisting in research and project administration;
- Assisting in administration of academic programmes;
- Providing logistics and on-site support for activities and events of the School;
- Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- a recognized bachelor’s degree (for Temporary Executive Assistant);
- at least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages, and Mathematics (for Temporary Assistant Officer);
- relevant working experience in tertiary institutions would be an advantage; and
- good computer, organization, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
