Role Description

The System Analyst works on government projects. The System Analyst will be responsible for identifying user requirements, creating technical specifications, troubleshooting issues, and performing system analysis tasks. The System Analyst will also be responsible for working with the development team to ensure that requirements are met and project goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in Information Technology.
• Ability to interpret user needs and requirements for business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of Systems Analysis, Design, and Implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to find optimal solutions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred
• Experience in Agile methodology and software development lifecycles is a plus.
• Able to read, write, communicate fluently in English and Chinese/Cantonese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28,000.00 per month
