Job Description

Responsible for proposed solution of ECM software;
-
Handle customers' technical questions on proposed products;
-
Provide best practice recommendations on software infrastructure;

Manage and follow-up on customers' queries;
-
Coordinate / setup Proof of Concept (POC) on customer site;
-
Deliver pre-sales & after-sales support and technical support, prepare sales proposals and solution;
-
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs;
-
Maintain strategic partnerships with customers to aid in continuous digital transformation;
-
Show the advantages of Infrastructure services to solve customer challenges;
-
Lead technical discussions, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to prospective customers.
Job Skills & Requirements
-
College or University graduate in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines;
-
Knowledge and experience in ECM/DMS, BPM and Workflow solutions in advantages;
-
Knowledge and experience in Linux & MS products, e.g. Red hat, Ubuntu, MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS SQL;
-
Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is preferred;
-
Good Analytical and Presentation Skill;
-
Experience in writing system documents;
-
Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
-
Immediate availability in an advantage.

1-2 years' relevant experience;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
