Job Description
Responsibilities:

Lead the secondment service team at various customer premises

Maintain and monitor daily on-site operations

Oversee the progress of project life cycles and ensure high levels of service delivery in

Conduct on-site service reviews with customers to understand their satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in service quality

Prepare reports, procedures, and manuals as required
-
Handle ad hoc tasks and new business as needed
Requirements:
-
High Diploma or above in any discipline
-
Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in customer services
-
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
-
Strong people management, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
-
Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
