Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital/CRM Strategy Specialist to join Radica's consulting team. This role focuses on presales activities and strategic solution planning for our clients. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their business challenges, develop tailored MarTech solutions, and create compelling proposals that showcase our expertise in digital marketing and CRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect customized MarTech and CRM solutions that address clients' specific business requirements and challenges.

• Proposal Development: Create detailed, persuasive proposals and presentations that articulate solution value, implementation approach, and expected outcomes.

• Discovery Sessions: Lead client discovery meetings to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

• Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive digital marketing and CRM strategies aligned with client business objectives and industry best practices.

• Technical Scoping: Assess technical requirements, determine appropriate technology stack, and define integration points with existing systems.

• ROI Modeling: Develop business cases and ROI projections to demonstrate the value proposition of proposed solutions.

• Vendor Evaluation: Recommend appropriate MarTech platforms and tools based on client needs, budget, and technical environment.

• Presales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to address technical questions, conduct solution demonstrations, and overcome objections.

• Industry Research: Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform solution recommendations.

• Implementation Planning: Create high-level implementation roadmaps and resource plans to guide successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing consulting, solution architecture, or presales roles, preferably within a marketing technology agency or consulting firm.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of major CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, CDP solutions, and related technologies (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, etc.).

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions and strategic recommendations.

• Client-facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication abilities with experience pitching complex solutions to C-level executives.

• Proposal Writing: Demonstrated success in creating winning proposals, SOWs, and client-facing documentation.

• Project Estimation: Experience in scoping projects, estimating effort, and resource planning.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing practices, customer journey mapping, and marketing technology landscapes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
