Job Description
The successful candidate will perform full spectrum administrative supports including general office administration, answering enquiries, fixed assets management, document control and any ad hoc project assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Associate Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 1 year working experience in general office administration in sizable organizations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Must be efficient, detail-minded, and with a positive working attitude
- Self-motivated, able to work on multiple tasks and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal, organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PC skills such as Window, PowerPoint, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
