Job Description
The successful candidate will provide clerical & administrative support to the team, maintain files & records with digital scanning system. Handling operations reports and data entry. Undertake any ad-hoc assignment / tasks as required. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Officer and Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year clerical or relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Must be efficient, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude
- Able to work under pressure and work independently
- Proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft applications & Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferable
