Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial and administrative support for both Hong Kong and overseas companies sectors;

  • Assist in managing business matters such as travel and accommodation arrangement for overseas company personnel coming to Hong Kong;

  • Coordinate with external suppliers to handle tax and audit related matters;

  • Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor in Business Administration and Management or equivalent;

  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial and administrative working experience;

  • Holder of professional secretarial qualification will be an advantage;

  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and Chinese word processing) ;

  • Good command of English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in both written and verbal;

  • Excellent organization skills to coordinate among internal and external parties;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
