Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Market Development


Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify and assess new market opportunities to increase reach and impact.

  • Partnership Development Build strong relationships with NGOs, hospitals, governments, education sector, and corporations. Engage strategic partners like healthcare organizations, tech providers, and funding bodies.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to boost product adoption. Set and achieve sales targets while fostering client retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and attend expos and promotional events.
  • Client Interaction & Documentation Address client feedback, resolve issues, and manage schedules. Prepare business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals. Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration (For Business Development Manager) Manage a small team to align business development initiatives with the company’s product roadmap and brand strategy. Mentor and guide junior team members in business development and sales-related activities.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration (BBA) or related disciplines is a plus.
  • 4yr + experience for Sales Executive role/ 8yr + experience for Business Development Manager role.
  • Experience in management and fundraising is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn. Self-discipline and responsibility are prioritized over skills.
