Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Provide project related clerical and administrative support to the team, include but not limited to maintain daily attendance record, schedule and documentation submission.
- Organize and attend weekly meeting and prepare meeting agenda and minutes.
- Assist Project Manager for sub-contractor cooperation and coordination.
- Manage project related documents, include but not limited to contracts, drawings, work schedules and project file.
- Manage and record team tools and products.
- Perform as department’s secretary to coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required.
Who are we looking for?
- F.5 / HKDSE or above.
- 2-3 years’ administrative work experience, site coordination experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office and English & Chinese Word Processing.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Administrator.
- Immediate available is preferred.
