Part-Time Marketing Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive 360° product launch campaigns.
• Create and execute effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display ads, and third-party media.
• Collaborate with teams to formulate member loyalty programs and manage CRM initiatives to achieve brand objectives.
• Consolidate and analyze consumer data to inform brand strategies.
• Prepare marketing materials, conduct market research, and generate relevant reports or analyses to support business needs.
• Explore partnerships with external parties to enhance brand awareness.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide administrative support for brand-related activities as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
• With related working experience; experience in high-end beauty, cosmeceutical skincare brands, or beauty centers is preferred.
• Creative and analytical, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating proactivity and independence.
• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
• Immediate availability is a MUST.
• Please provide your availability, including number of days a week (Mon to Fri) you can work and numbers of hours each day (from 9am to 6pm).
