Job Description
Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor execution of delivery schedule by routing and scheduling vehicles, delivery teams, and Drivers' activities relating to the distribution of products to customers of the Hong Kong market

Supervise and monitor the execution of distribution activities by complying with all the internal standard operating procedures
-
Coordinate and support marketing and CRM activities, provide good customer service with internal and external parties
-
Administrative skills in customer services and operations and ad hoc assignments as required
-
Working Hours (5 day work): Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, assigned by company
Requirements:

Diploma or above
-
2 year relevant experience in Logistics Management/ Supply Chain/ Operation field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of Chinese, English and fair in Mandarin
-
Stable, good initiative and responsible

Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Operations & Logistics Officer
