We are looking for a Marketing Assistant Manager / Executive (CRM & Promotion) , who is highly self-motivated to cope with our diverse business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and administration work, including but not limited to 

• Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Follow up on order status and respond to customers promptly.

• Develop and execute CRM promotional initiatives, including loyalty programs, to drive sales and upsell opportunities.

• Cultivate collaborations with strategic partners for joint promotions.

• Lead CRM campaigns/events and conduct post-campaign reviews to meet sales targets.

Provide administrative support to meet overall objectives. 

To qualify, individual must:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM or Customer Service.

• Experience and knowledge in database management, multi-channel chatbots and proficiency in Excel.

• Self-motivated, creative thinker, detail-oriented, and has the initiative to deliver the best quality of work

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Passion to flower is a bonus.
