Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General IT support duties;
- Setup, administrate & take inventory of electronic devices;
- Provide help desk support and handle enquiry tickets;
- Keep customers & supervisor informed about the project status and progress (需派駐客戶公司工作)
Requirements :
- Diploma above;
- Fluent Cantonese ; Average Putonghua and English ;
- Able to read & write Chinese and English;
- Good communication skills and with experience in technical support preferred
Employment Terms:$17,000 - $20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Bank Holiday, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, Promotion Opportunity and Study Allowance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM (No OT environment), 5 working days per week
