Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware, software and application systems
- Perform IT equipment administration
- Handle ELV and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
- 1 year working experience in technical support / helpdesk support (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge in Server, PC, and LAN/WAN and networking equipment
- Good trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and good communication skills
