Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects, including new system deployment, system revamps / upgrades, and system enhancements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.

  • Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

  • Arrange user training sessions and develop instructional materials to promote effective use of IT systems.

  • Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting system issues.

  • Support IT Manager in evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and security protocols.

  • Provide support during events and perform any other IT duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / professional training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Preferably with 3 years’ work experience and proven experience in IT administration and support or project coordination.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and user support practices.

  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility. Attention to details and accuracy in work.

  • Strong willingness to keep up with the latest technology trends and continuously learn new skills.

  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM, data analysis system and tools or funding / payment system is an advantage.

  • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
