Job Responsibilities
System development
-
Lead upgrades and maintenance of the company's system to deliver high-quality services and solutions

Oversee end-to-end IT operations including helpdesk support, data entry processes, backup management, etc
Overall planning & projects
-
Manage annual IT budgets and procurement plans.

Deliver and align solutions with business goals to ensure outcomes are realized and improve business performance
-
Establish and enforce IT policies compliant with healthcare regulations
-
Work with senior management and business unit heads to identify improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to cope with business requirements with proper resources allocation
-
Manage IT team and outsourced vendor to execute IT initiatives / projects and to ensure deliverables are meeting with expectation and required standard, confer with vendor and internal departments, evaluate procedures and processes, negotiate and manage SLAs
Infrastructure & security

Manage on-premises/cloud infrastructure (servers, virtualization, and storage) to ensure uptime for critical medical systems

Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety, implement risk assessments, and disaster recovery drills
Leadership and Management

Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, and/ or programming, IT operations, and/ or end-user support, with proven expertise in managing technical staff and vendors to deliver enterprise-scale IT services

Strong problem-solving, management, and analytical skills in areas such as LAN/WAN, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, server and virtualization platforms, storage/container solutions, disaster recovery management, and backup solutions

Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM) preferable

Holder of certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, public cloud certifications, AWS/Azure a significant advantage

Proficiency in diagnosing IT incidents and problems to minimize system downtime and ensure user satisfaction

Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
-
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
-
Organized, strong planning and time management skills, able to work under pressure
