Responsibilities

Provide counseling on policies and procedures

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
-
Assist in performance management processes
-
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, handle work injury cases.

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director
-
Provide general administration support, such as secretarial works, procurement of office supplies, repair & maintenance of office equipment, negotiation & coordination with suppliers
-
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
● Higher diploma holder in any disciplines or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
-
Comprehensive knowledge of general human resources and administration workflow
-
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment
-
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
-
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
