Full Time - Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

• At least one year CS experience
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese
• MNC, Quarry Bay, Good benefit

Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:

• Provide professional and efficient customer service support, including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
• Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
• Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
• 6 working days, Shift duties, including overnight shift may be required

職責

•        透過電話為客戶提供服務，包括處理查詢及安排緊急維修
•        跟進客戶之要求及編排維修工作予前線技術員
•        資料輸入及簡單文書工作
•        六天工作，需要輪班職責，包括通宵班

Requirements

• Form 6 or above
• At least one-year relevant working experience in call centre or customer services is highly preferred
• Excellent telephone manner, good customer-orientation, and communication skills
• Pleasant, mature, independent, with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Sound knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing (Cangjie / Quick Fix)
• Work location is Quarry Bay
• Immediate available an advantage
