Duties
The appointee will work closely with the MBA Programme Leader and Associate Directors to be responsible for MBA programme administration, including student records, and student experiences (e.g. timetable coordination, curriculum development, examinations, quality assurance and assessment, and study trip planning), monitor student affairs and study progress, budgeting, and coordination of events and ad-hoc projects initiated by the programme/College. Specifically:

Administer and manage all the administrative and academic aspects of MBA programme;

Coordinate with faculty, students and alumni in organising programme-related activities;

Liaise with departments and units within and outside of the University;

Handle students’ enquiries and offer guidance;

Assist in handling day-to-day operation of the MBA office;

Provide administrative support for the MBA Office; and

Perform other duties as assigned.
The appointee may be required to work overtime and irregular hours (including Saturdays and Sundays) occasionally as well as travelling to Mainland China or overseas countries.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility; being pleasant, self-motivated and energetic; detail-oriented; solid skills in interacting with various stakeholders (e.g. students, alumni, and companies); and ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems with tact and professionalism are required. Knowledge and experience in executive education programme management are preferred.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
