Job Description

5 days work, central, mon to fri, 10:00 - 19:00

 

Responsibilities:

·Provide a full spectrum of administrative, reception and secretarial support for daily operation

·Office administration is included stationery, paper and water ordering. Mailing and courier arrangement. Office equipment maintenance and IT support.

·Table booking, meeting scheduling and phone call handling 

·To assist travel arrangement, transportation, flight and accommodation & etc

·Liaise with internal and external parties for billing, maintenance, procurement and contract renewal issue

·Manage and assist in all ad hoc assignments as assigned

 

Requirements:

·Diploma or above in administration or secretarial or related disciplines

·1-2 years relevant experience in sizable company

·Flexible, mature, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

·Good knowledge of MS Office with IT knowledge is preferred

·Immediate available is highly preferred
