Responsibility
You will be the core operator for our online presence, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Website Management:

Performing daily updates to the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory synchronization, banner updates, and running promotions.

Monitoring site performance and coordinating with internal or external IT support for basic troubleshooting.

Ensuring accuracy of all product information, pricing, and visual content.

Customer Service (CS) & Communications:
-
Managing and prioritizing customer inquiries and feedback received via email and CS calls.
-
Resolving issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information promptly and professionally.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Operations Support:
-
Processing and tracking online orders accurately and efficiently.
-
Coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Requirements
-
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or customer service industries.

Skills:
-
Proven ability to manage and maintain content on an e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language proficiency preferred).

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
